Ninavask (born Ninavask Revan, November 2nd 83 YC) is a Gallentean born Capsuleer, Medical Doctor, Biotechnology Researcher, and veteran of the Sansha War of Resurgence. As well Ninavask is the chairman, chief executive officer (CEO), and founder of VaskTech Corporation. A corporation formed, initially, within the Alexylva Paradox wormhole system of Origin as a medical research and development firm in July YC 118. By February YC 119 the minor-corporation had expanded into medical clinics all throughout Origin.

In November YC 119 VaskTech reorganized into five subsidiary companies, with VaskTech as the holding minor-corporation. Each subsidiary company lists Ninavask as CEO/Director save for VaskR&D where his title is listed as Head Researcher.

Biological Family
Ninavask was born to Benjamin Theodore Revan and Kristine Catherine Linsi, both veterans of the Federation Navy. Kristine was a former captain of the Federation Navy cruiser Advantage, and Benjamin an engineer aboard the Federation Navy Battleship Spirit of Freedom. As well Ninavask had two sibling. An older brother who operated a planetary repair service on Averon V, and a sister who operated as a chief financial operator (CFO) of an baseliner industrial corporation based out of Auvergne, before being abducted by Sansha’s Nation during an Incursion at the latter stages of the Sansha War of Resurgence.

Ninavask’s mother and father retired on Averon V in YC 101, though reenlisted when rising tensions with the Caldari grew to a head during YC 110. Both Benjamin and Kristine were reported killed in action (KIA) during Caldari attack on Luminaire following the catastrophe incident at Malkalan. In recent years his brother, Nicholas, has been reported missing by authorities in Averon, and is survived by his wife and three daughters. Diane, Ninavask’s Sister and a Capsuleer trainee, was also reported missing after her convoy was assaulted during a Sansha Incursion in the Obray Constellation. According to findings published by Ninavask, then Director of the Synenose Accord, she was uplifted with millions of others by Sansha’s Nation

Background
Ninavask was born on Averon V and raised at Federation Navy service bases across the cluster on surface as his parents were moved from base to base. In YC 97 his family settled in Averon V as part of the Federation Navy Patrol in system. Ninavask finished his primary education with the Federation Naval Academy in YC 101 and enlisted with the Federation Navy almost the same day. Within two years he had become the pilot then commanding officer of a Federation Navy Comet.

In YC 105 he was found compatible for the Capsuleer cloning process, but declined. It would not be until YC 112 graduated from the Center for Advanced Studies capsuleer program that he officially became a capsuleer. Following his second four year tour of duty Ninavask did not reenlist in the Federation Navy. Instead in YC 108 he applied to the Center for Advanced Studies and began a career of studying medicine and biotechnology. Having seen how it could make people’s lives better during his tour of duty, having known a handicapped mechanic who used his prosthesis to great effect.

Originally Ninavask had no intentions of pursuing the Capsuler training program, instead pursuing a doctorate in medicine. In hopes of establishing a clinic in Averon and partnering with contacts he had made during his tour of duty. To coincide with his fascination with cybernetics and biorobotics, Ninavask pushed his studies towards that of Biotechnology.

It was during his time at C.A.S. that Ninavask met his, eventual, fiancee at a discourse about biorobotics and the advent of cybernetic integration. A Caldari woman of achuran descent. For two years the couple were a frequent sight on campus. Well recognized due to their frequently passionate arguments.

In YC 110 Ninavask’s medical career was derailed with the events of the Malkalen Incident, which resulted in the death of his fiancee, and the subsequent invasion of Luminaire by Caldari forces later that year. The latter of which resulted in the death of both of his parents during the chaos. Following a grieving period over both losses, Ninavask applied to the C.A.S. Capsuleer program nearly one month after the invasion of Luminaire. He would not graduate from the program until June, YC 112.

Since becoming a Capsuleer Ninavask joined a small anti-pirate corporation early on before becoming a member of the Synenose Accord and assisting in the defense of New Eden against Sansha’s Nation during the Sansha War of Resurgence. From YC 112 until YC 116 he acted first as Director of Security, then Commander of SYNE, and finally executor of the Celestial Imperative alliance. Until eventually mothballing SYNE in YC 116 after the rise of the Arek’Jaalan program.

During an extended vacation beginning in YC 116, Dr. Ninavask acted as “Curator” of the Synenose Accord. Using SYNE facilities as research and development studios for his own personal brand of cybernetics and biorobotic augmentations. Including conceptualizing a clinical augmentation service that could perform surgery on capsuleers and baseliners alike to install advanced cybernetics.

In YC 118 Ninavask joined the Alexylva Paradox. A wormhole based corporation operating out of the system dubbed “Origin” by its inhabitants in an attempt to form a Civilization within Anoikis space. Over the last two years Ninavask has founded VaskTech while in Origin. VaskTech is a biomedical research, engineering, and production corporation housing several subsidiary companies. Including the mothballed Synenose Accord on it’s list of subordinate organizations.

Cybernetics
As the owner and head of research for VaskTech, Ninavask frequently chooses to test the latest models on his own clones. Particularly when it comes to subtle augmentations, such as arms with synthetic-skin to disguise them. Being a capsuleer the use of these augments is limited, and in fact unnecessary, but Ninavask has gone on record with reporters to say it give him a sense of, “what the patient will feel during their day to day.”

General Capsuleer Augmentations. Ocular bionics allowing sharper vision and direct augmented reality vision via Neocom. Other bionics and implants include extensive modifications to his liver and blood filtration systems, Adrenaline implants meant to introduce sharp spikes of adrenaline to his blood stream for high risk situations as well as chemical solutions to maintain his body in an abundant range of situations. He has as also added bionics to his skeleton and muscular systems that increase durability and speed, and strength. He has claimed he could get hit by a normal land vehicle going 48 kilometers per hour and likely suffer only a handful of broken bones. The general purpose augmentations include but are not limited to:

Custom Arms and Legs that use synthetic flesh to hide their presence.
These augments are known to contain wireless and wired connection ports for interfacing with terminals and personal computers.

Reinforced and armoured skeletal structure.
A procedure he has offered to other capsuleers in the past, Ninavask has reinforced his skeletal structure with polymer compounds and nano-infused reinforcement of the bones. In some cases he has devised surgical procedures to entirely replace bones to allow studier baseline structures.

Dermal armouring.
A procedure where Ninavask has replaced the vast majority of his skin upper dermal layer with synthetic flesh concealing armoured plating. This has given much of his skin an unhealthy pallor.

Circulatory System Replacement.
Has replaced his Heart and some portions of his circulatory system with synthetic and self-sustaining heart augmentations that allow self-pacing and defibrillation should cardiac arrest occur.

Lung Synthetic Replacement

Many other minor augmentations

Personal Life
During the events of YC 110 Ninavask lost his mother, father, and his fiancee at the time, an unknown Achuran female who was present during the Malkalan incident. During YC 113 he reported his current Fiancee, a gallente capsuleer, missing to CONCORD. Citing possible Sansha's Nation involvement in her disappearance. He owns two slaver hounds who he has personally trained as pets and loyal guard dogs. Little else is known about his personal life, though he is commonly seen in The Summit and Intergalactic Summit channels.

Ninavask Revan (born November 2nd 83 YC) is a Gallente Capsuleer, Medical Doctor, and Biotechnology Researcher known to have lived in the Caldari Border Zone working for Alexylva Paradox. Ninavask is also a former frigate pilot for the Federation Navy.

Background
Ninavask was born on Averon V in the Averon Solar System of the Gallente Federation. He is the third child of three. His father, Alexander Elias Revan, was a Federation Navy Dominix Battleship midshipman, and his mother, Kari Kristine Revan, a Captain of a Myrmidon class Battlecruiser. He had an elder brother and elder sister, Nicholas and Diane Revan respectively.

The young Ninavask Revan attended mainstream Gallente public school however in 93 YC he enrolled in the Federation Naval Academy, eventually graduating in 97 YC as a Federation Frigate Patrol Frigate pilot. Where he served until 108 YC when he was honorably Discharged and joined the Center for Advanced Studies, pursuing a medical career.

During 110 YC the loss of Ninavask's Mother, Father, and Fiancee during the events surrounding the Malkalen Incident and subsequent Invasion of Luminaire. He appeared to have, after the initial grief, began to dedicate himself to his studies throughout the remaining courses of his time in the Center for Advanced Studies. Eventually submitting into the Capsuleer Program in 112 YC and successfully graduating with his Capsuleer License as well earning his Medical Doctorate, with a minor doctorate in Biotechnology. Strangely enough he immediately retired from Federal Navy Service instead of following the Navy’s Capsuleer program and now possesses Center for Advanced Studies Doctorate degree in Biotechnology, as well as a practitioner's degree in Medicine as well he posseses a degree in surgery. Dr. Ninavask also left the Center for Advanced Studies with many minor degrees in Weapon Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Returning years later to receive Doctorates after using the Capsuleer Skill Injection System to far surpass most grading system.

Capsuleer History
Ninavask graduated from the Center for Advance Studies Capsuleer Program on June 15th 112 YC and eleven days later joined a small freelance Capsuleer corporation based out of Everyshore that has since closed down. During this time Ninavask became involved in the Synenose Accord during their operations of the Nation War of Resurgence. After just shy of two months of work with Eurox, Ninavask formed his own corporation, which lasted less then a week before he joined The Synenose Accord directly under the leadership of Julianus Soter (now Director of Moira) and has remained in the Accord ever since. Eventually rising to become the acting CEO during the summer of YC 114 and early 115. By extension becoming the Executor of the Celestial Imperative Alliance.

Since becoming a Capsuleer he has proven himself an acceptable pilot. Though incapable in Pilot Versus Pilot combat he is known to frequent Covert Operations craft. Preferring to not even offer the enemy a target and avoid combat altogether. Simply settling down in a system and observing their targets. Dr. Ninavask is Formerly the Director of Security, and then eventually C.E.O., of the Synenose Accord and Executor of the Celestial Imperative Alliance until their mothballing in YC 116.

During an extended vacation where Dr. Ninavask acted as “Curator” of the Synenose Accord, the Capsuleer returned to C.A.S. To pursue a teaching career, as well as to continue his research. However over time the doctor became disgruntled with the way the Center For Advanced Studies ran things and he returned from retirement. Opting to join the Wormhole Corporation Alexylva Paradox as a colonist to the Origin system in Anoikis. Where he has since planned to continue his research. Beyond the monitoring eyes of CONCORD and the Empires.

Cybernetics

He owns ten slaver hounds who he has personally trained as pets and loyal guard dogs. Little else is known about his personal life, though he is commonly seen in The Summit and Intergalactic Summit channels.

"Exitus Acta Probat"

The Synenose Accord (SYNE) is a CAPINT corporation founded in YC 111 and headquartered in the Caldari Border Zone. Described on official government paperwork as a "research and analysis" organization, SYNE operates around 3 core objectives:

1) To discover, research, and prevent misuse of forgotten, unknown and hazardous science.
2) Investigate and combat potential threats to human civilization.
3) To strive for and maintain a lasting peace among all peoples.

Concurrent with these objectives, SYNE's primary concerns at present are combatting Sansha's Nation, and investigation of the "Sleeper" civilisation in Wormhole Space. SYNE also responds to acts which threaten interstellar security, or when powerful technology is stolen or misused. SYNE also pragmatically assists certain humanitarian ventures.

SYNE is strictly neutral in Empire affairs, and prides itself on being a disciplined and professional organisation with no ties to any one power and will work with anyone who can assist in accomplishing its objectives, law-abiding or otherwise.

History
Founding and Early Mission
The Accord was founded by noteable Federation capsuleer Julianus Soter in the aftermath of the Seyllin Main Sequence event. Founded as a non-partisan, multi-factional research initiative, the orginal tasking was simple: investigate the cause of the Seyllin Main Sequence and the newly opened "wormhole space". Fidings by the Accord's Researchers were eventually collected, organised and presented at the first Seyllin Conference in YC111. Its mission considere concluded, activity subsided and eventually the Accord was left to Justin Vallar who acted as caretaker while Soter went on to found Moira.

Re-Activation
In early YC112, to level CONCORD officials and leaders of the four empires were given a document classified top secret, known as ISHEAKA-0001. The document contained detailed reconaissance reports and analysis all pointing renewed activity within the remnants of Sansha's Nation. Further developments and subsequent reports led CONCORD to the conclusion that Sansha Kuvakei was planning a renewed military campaign against the established powers.

Seeking pilots who would be able to lead in 3rd party information gathering and coordination, CONCORD passed copies of the ISHAEKA documents to Justin Vallar and Soter. Shortly after, the Accord was re-activated publicly on the Intergalactic summit, and information was passed to a select few curious capsuleers. After this, the Nation threat became more and more difficult to hide, with Nation ships invading sovereign space. The offical policy of secrecy, including a negotiated media block with the ISD, began to crumble away completely when Nation forces attacked a Ducia foundry in Amarr space, abducting the staff and exiting via a wormhole, leaving no trace of their attack other than the remains of the foundry.

Soter took the decision at this point to leak the documents he had been given to the wider capsuleer community. Reactions to this varied, but this, combined with other events that would happen later in the war was generally viewed as CONCORD being inept and underprepared to deal with Sansha's Nation. Weeks later, as mentionned, CONCORD suffered more setbacks, as evidence came to light that Nation had both hacked CONCORD's sytems and had infiltrators in high positions, the most famous of which being Inspector Sutola Endoma. Eventually, this led to SYNE officially terminating it's official relationship with CONCORD. At present, it is still the case that SYNE has no official relationship with CONCORD.

In this time, SYNE had been participating in defence fleets alongside FCORD and other entities opposed to Nation, as well as carrying out investigations and reconnassance missions to aid in these efforts. The Second Seyllin conference was hailed as a success for bringing together and sharing information amongst those wanting to resist the Nation's agression.

Mutiny
During the winter of YC 113 CEO and Commander of the Synenose Accord, at the time, Julianus Soter was requested by the Directors and remaining active membership of the Synenose Accord to step down and hand off control of the Accord to Cmdr. S. Baxter, former Caldari Navy. He did so without hesitation and since that time the Accord has been run by it's current power bloc and gradually begun to lead more into the vein of Galaxy wide CAPINT then just Sansha's Nation or Sleeper research. .

CAPINT
CAPINT, or Capsuleer Intelligence. One of the Synenose Accord's specialties is keeping tabs on popular or influential Capsuleer individuals throughout New Eden. The Accord takes it as a matter of pride to keep an awareness of these individuals.

Mothballing
As of 12:00 15/03/116 The Synenose Accord was officially mothballed for the time being, allowing a majority of it's pilots the freedom to venture into other areas of expertise. Leaving only the acting CEO, Ninavask Revan, and various other slow to leave members to oversee the maintenance of it's archives.

Doctor Ninavask Revan was a resident of the Averon Solar System in Everyshore in the Gallente Federation. Having enlisted with a small Capsuleer corporation shortly after receiving his piloting license before leaving and joining a new corporation, eventually rising to CEO for the The Synenose Accord and has been with the Accord since 30/08/112 to this day. Also an amateur author of an apocalyptic short story surrounding his home world in the story Fallout depicting an apocalyptic failure of experimental capacitors aboard a trio of drop ships.

Ninavask is a known Financier of a small army of Marines and Militants collected from the four races. Including large contingents of Caldari and Amarrian light marines. He is also an avid and public supporter of Cybernetic enhancements to the human body.

History
Ninavask was born on Averon V in the Averon Solar system in Gallente Space. The third child in a family of five. His father was a Midshipmen aboard the Federation Navy Megathron class battlesh Alecto, and his mother was a captain aboard an as of yet unknown Gallentean Battlecruiser. His brother operates out of a vehicle repair shop on Averon V. His sister was on her way to becoming a Capsuleer, just beginning to study at the Center For Advanced Studies, however she was reported missing, presumed killed, during the Sansha's Nation attack on the Obray constellation.

Along with his sister, the Capsuleer reported his mother and father where lost during the Invasion of Luminaire by the Caldari State in YC 110. It is suspected but not known that the Capsuleer harbors deep feelings of hate for the Caldari State for this event, but this has not been shown overtly since the rise of Sansha's Nation.

Ninavask passed the various lab tests to become a Capsuleer after scoring top grades at the Federation Naval Academy prior to becoming a Capsuleer. For a short time he worked as a member of the Federation Navy, the captain of an Federation Comet before he left active duty once being offered the chance to become a Capsuleer and went to study at the Center for Advanced studies.

In YC 112 Ninavask graduated from the Center for Advanced Studies and became a Capsuleer in full, as well as a medically licensed Doctor, and shortly after graduating joined a small Corporation of Capsuleers carving out a living in the Everyshore Region. After the corp began to fall apart however, he joined the Synenose Accord under the leadership of Julianus Soter (Now Director of Moira), and has remained within the Accord and helping in the fight against Sansha's Nation ever since.

In late March YC114, he became the CEO of The Synenose Accord, and Executor of its housing alliance, Celestial Imperative.

Cybernetics
Ninavask is a researcher in the area of Biotechnology and is an avid body modder. In his main clones, having replaced over 72 percent of his body with synthetic organs, replacing and reinforcing much of his skeletal system, overhauled liver, enhanced endocrine systems, and much more.

As well, he is a medically licensed Doctor, having earned the license with his time in the Center for Advanced Studies, and is known to fund various medical researches across the cluster. Particularly those in the field of Biotechnology.

Psyche Profile
Psyche Evaluation of this capsuleer is still ongoing, but he appears to be eccentric. As well, he often seems contradictory in action and word to himself. Being the CEO of the Synenose Accord he often attempts to maintain and appearance of poise and control. However there are a number of times this veil is shattered during prolonged pushing. One such incident involved a discussion in a Capsuleer run Fluid Router Channel designated The Summit, where the Capsuleer in question exploded into accusations against a Sansha Loyalist moderator of said channel. This was caused apparently from psychological trauma caused at the discovery of a blood relative and romantic interest being taken by Sansha's Nation.

As well, though this is rarely shown, according to record he has shown sometimes irrational anger towards others, most recently towards Caldari Navy Individuals due to the loss of one significant other, and both of his parents during the events surrounding the Malkalen incident and the subsequent invasion of Luminaire by Tibus Heth. As well he seems to genuinely hate Sansha's Nation, even with some similarities between his research and Sansha Nation Technology, after the loss of his younger sister and anothr Fiancee. Which sparked the out burst mentioned before.

Introduction
The Celestial Imperative (CEIM) is a small alliance of corporations dedicated to the war against Sansha's Nation and the discovery of new information regarding the Sleepers and their technology. With members working very loosely with the Arek'jaalan initiative until recent months, as of now the Imperative continues to hold an excommunication status with Arek'jaalan and until further notice will continue to withhold all data from them out of worries for security.

Historical Data
Founded by progressive Achur seperatists in YC109, the Imperative was driven by the ambitious pursuit of secessionary ideals, particularly for the people on the Achura homeworld (Saisio III), in order to remove the culturally overbearing Caldari State from governing the Achur people. Over the following year, however, the initial momentum was hampered by inter-corporate politics resulting in the departure of some allies.

As a result, the Imperative has shifted focus to a loosely organized cell-based nomadic organization to better serve the secessionist cause and Freespace ideology in general.

On July 27th YC113 the Imperative became the housing Corporation of The Synenose Accord , and Executorship has been moved to the Accord. As of yet no revised Mission has been set up by the Accord's directorship, under the command of a board of Directors including the CEO , a Director of Operations, Director of Intelligence, and Director of Research.

During this period of time the alliance was in a state of war against Arson Industries twice, however no combat occurred unless one is to count the battle against Sansha's Nation in the Pator Solar System where Drake Arson, executor of Arson Industries, was "uplifted" and turned into a True Citizen of Sansha's Nation.

Notable Events
Sixth Intergalactic Alliance Tournament (YC110)
During the 6th official Alliance Tournament, the Imperative fielded a strong squad of ships, impressive from the aspect of both value and pilot skills. Faced with opposing teams that effectively countered the Imperative ship layouts in both the qualifying and 1st rounds, the Imperative team suffered losses in each battle and subsequently retired from the competiti

In 07.27.113 or July twenty seventh, the Celestial Imperative leadership moved Executor powers to The Synenose Accord , after the offer was given by the previous leadership of the alliance. With this change, all of the Alliance's former mandates and mission statements have become Null and Void in the wake of the new mission, still under discussion amongst the directorship.

As of yet no revised Mission has been set up by the Accord's directorship, under the command of a board of Directors including the CEO Cmdr Baxter, a Director of Security, a Director of Industry, and a Director of War and Director of Intelligence.

Along with his sister, the Capsuleer reported his mother and father where lost during the Invasion of Luminaire by the Caldari State in YC 110. Unlike the others in his family, Ninavask passed the Psychology test and health tests to become a Capsuleer after scoring top grades at the Federation Naval Academy prior to becoming a Capsuleer. For a short time he worked as a member of the Federation Navy, the captain of an Federation Comet before he left active duty once being offered the chance to become a Capsuleer and went to study at the Center for Advanced studies.

After the corp began to fall apart however, he joined the Synenose Accord under the leadership of Julianus Soter (Now Director of Moira), and has remained within the Accord and helping in the fight against Sansha's Nation ever since.

History
Early records of N'maro Makari are sketchy at best, but from what can be deduced, he and family were liberated in one of a series of raids on slave transports along the Amarr-Gallente border by independent Matari groups. He, along with a substantial number of other Matari refugees, was dropped planetside on Astrin, Luminaire. No trace of his parents. Up until 16 he grew up as best anyone could in that environment, local law enforcement indicates quite a substantial criminal record, and numerous implications in a variety of crimes, from common assault to murder.

At some point he managed to get off the planet and end up in the Republic. Reports of his dissapearance on Astrin and an application for asylum in the Republic prove this. Within a year however, Makari was commited to a Republic prison on charge of armed robbery and murder. Details of the specific incident, 6 law enforcement officers and one bystander dead.

However the curious thing is that Makari never officially left prison. No release papers, no reports of a breakout. For 20 years, no trace of Makari can be found on any public records. After 20 years, the Republic officially sponsors a male Vherokior by the name of N'maro Makari into the Republic Military School Capsuleer Programme.

Recently, Makari's movements have been erratic. After leaving the RMS, he worked as a security contractor, mostly for the Brutor Tribe. He was breifly employed by the Murientor Tribe and participated in defensive operations with the Tribal Liberation Force, but was discharged on medical grounds. He was briefly involved with the Arek'jaalan project with the corporation Protocol Dark, but this ended with the mysterious death of his CEO and project lead in Sleeper Technology, Alessandra Karris. After a brief spell as the CEO, Makari decided that Protocol Dark was no longer viable, and closed the corporation. After a few months working in corporate security, he applied to and was enrolled in the Synenose Accord, joining the ongoing intelligence war against Sansha's Nation. His motivations for doing so are still unclear, though he frequently cites his distaste of slavery in all its forms.

As of yet no revised Mission has been set up by the Accord's directorship, under the command of a board of Directors including the CEO Cmdr Baxter, a Director of Security, a Director of Industry, and a Director of War and Director of Intelligence.
