As a result, capsuleer members began organizing the project into various research divisions. <br /> <br /> Two important points were raised at the time. <br /> :*The formation of divisions must not allow &quot;cliques&quot; to form. Cross-divisional cooperation, information sharing and research is important to avoid such things. <br /> :*As a capsuleer collective, the divisions must be flexible.<br /> ==Goals==<br /> The tentative goals behind the formation of the divisions are as follows:<br /> :#To compartmentalize the communication of information, theories, data, etc so that it can be more easily documented, and by virtue of that, more easily accessed. <br /> :#To reduce bottlenecks in the flow of information. For example, the proposal of theories can be done on the various portals here, whereas discussion of them can take place over the mailing list and fluid router channel. <br /> :#To organize capsuleer research efforts into more easily-managed sections. <br /> :#To increase efficiency and the rate of research progress.</div>
