|missiondescription=Warning: We've been trying to decipher the data you retrieved for us, but much of the work is slow and difficult. The Guristas have encoded all of their tactical information with some unknown cipher. Our best hope is a friend of mine over in Jouvulen III - Science and Trade Institute School. She should be able to identify it. 
If we can decipher the documents, then we'll be adequately prepared for any future Guristas strikes. I realize a courier work isn't a glamorous job for a capsuleer, but this work is vital to ensuring the safety of the Caldari State. 
For taking this task on, I'd be happy to offer you an Overdrive Injector for the journey. The module increases the a ship's velocity - something that may be useful for traveling towards startgates if you're flying on autopilot (and thus not already warping right on top of them).
