The '''Court Chamberlain''' is the right hand of the [[Amarr Emperor|Emperor]]. Wherever he goes, the power of the Emperor goes with him. In the Emperor's absence, the Chamberlain is authorized to speak as acting head of the [[Amarr|Empire]], even on delicate political matters. With the rise of Empress [[Jamyl I]], however, the Court Chamberlain's power has been diminished to little more than that of a mere functionary.
