The Midnight Space Syndicate is a Gallente industrial mega corporation, functioning as a knowledge backbone for emerging industrial corporations. All capsuleers are free and encouraged to start a new Midnight venture, under the Midnight Space Syndicate.

= Overview =
The Midnight Space Syndicate is a collection of mostly industrial corporations that combine their knowledge and strength for profit. The main goal of the Midnight Space Syndicate is equal to that of the original Midnight Enterprises corporation: to build an industrial community, with space and support for anyone who wants to build up new adventures.

''Within the Midnight Space Syndicate virtually anything is possible, as long as no harm is done to other Midnight ventures. In short this means Midnight does not conduct piracy or similar acts.''

The Midnight Space Syndicate has not got a single leader, as this does not fit within the philisophy of creating oppertunities for everyone. This results in the fact that each corporation is responsible for its own day-to-day logistics. During war leadership is directed to the corporation most suited for it.

Midnight Enterprises is the oldest corporation within the Syndicate, existing out of several veteran capsuleers that are willing to spend their time educating the younger pilots. The corporation is financed and run by Horoc'h Ryydell, with the help of several long lasting employees.

The corporation has an extensive library of blueprints, of which both the corporation and its capsuleers can build ships and modules.

=== Midnight Sentinels ===
Midnight Sentinels is a small corporation, geared towards Wormhole exploration and exploitation, which results in an existence that mainly exists out of moving around the universe. Wormholes are scanned down, systematically cleaned and deserted again.

The corporation only accepts employees that have proven themselves, for instance within Midnight Enterprises.

The Midnight Corporate Bank (MCB) is the administrative holding corporation of the Midnight Space Syndicate.

With the beginning of the year YC109, a new corporation was founded under the name Midnight Enterprises, under the flag of the Gallente Federation. The corporation stayed small and low profile, whilst building its asssets. It was not till the year YC111 that the corporation felt the need to broaden its horizon, to not withheld its employees of pursueing their own goals. This was the moment the Midnight Space Syndicate was brought into the still emerging New Eden universe.

= The Future =
The future is an open end, but the Midnight Space Syndicate is always looking for new ways to participate in the wonderous universe of New Eden.
