The number of days to complete the contract has passed and the contractor has not marked the contract as finished. The contractor can now click on the contract in the journal and Finish it if he has met the criteria. He can also Fail it. The contract issuer can fail the contract as well but he is not required to do so yet; he can give the contractor more time by simply taking no action. <br /> <br /> what happens to the items when a contract gets failed, who gets them?<br /> thats not realy clarified</div>
