Overview
Logistics and Administration represents the organizational backbone of the Arek'Jaalan project, providing structure and support to all other divisions. The project has no central command, but the LA division exists as managerial oversight to ensure efficiency and proper working relationships between the various teams. In this the division helps to define and then accomplish the common goals of Arek'Jaalan.

Currently, we are only hiring in the Archiving and Documentation division. Keep an eye on this section for draft job descriptions and newly available positions.
Administration
The broadest role of LA is to facilitate operations and maintain project organization. To this effect, there will be collaboration with Media Relations and Information Dissemination.
Arek'Jaalan Fluid-Router Channel
Moderators: Hilen Tukoss, Ollie Rundle, Vanneth.
With Hilen Tukoss' establishment and Eifyr and Co.'s hosting, the Arek'Jaalan project maintains a Virtual Reality / Neurovisual Interface compatible channel with support for all the regular methods of remote access and interaction. This medium is available for use by all interested parties.
Moderators will be appointed by Administration to ensure the security and peaceful operation of communications over the channel.
Channel Guidelines
- Please refrain from consistent rapid-fire transmission bursts, they can quickly flood the channel. Give plenty of room for others to speak and share their insights.
- Take your time on communications, there is no need to rush.
- The more easily your communications are understood, the more seriously people will take what you say.
- If voicing a comprehensive theory, try to document it first either in the Arek'Jaalan mailing list, or better, on the appropriate Arek'Jaalan Division page. This allows people a chance to read more extensively about your research, and saves you the trouble of repeating yourself. It is often hard to discuss a lengthy theory in intricate detail when the channel is busy.
- Don't take disagreements personally. Assess them objectively, and if you still genuinely disagree, build up further arguments and evidence for your case.
- Don't be afraid to idle in the channel. Active participation is encouraged but not essential.
- If you disagree with actions taken against you by a Moderator, or with a Moderators conduct, EVEmail Hilen Tukoss, who will have final input on the matter. Do not take any further actions, or this will jeopardize continued access to the Arek'Jaalan fluid router networks.
Moderator Guidelines
Moderator Guidelines:
- Positive influence: Moderators are there to help promote constructive discussion as much as they are there to police. More than just guardians, they are a positive influence on our one of our collective's most vital communications systems.
- Conflict Resolver: Moderators should act to resolve conflicts, rather than reaching instantly for more drastic measures such as removal from channels. If a debate is becoming a conflict, or for whatever other reason there is an unacceptable level of disruption in the channel, a Moderator should think first of resolving it, and second of taking hard action.
- Guardians: Moderators make the commitment to take swift, decisive action against obvious and intentionally malicious attacks on our network.
- Sole Arbiters: Moderators must use their own best judgment when determining the severity of action to be taken against offenders, based on the severity of the offense. Multiple presiding Moderators must agree to a single course of action. A Moderator's actions can only be overruled by Hilen Tukoss, though a Moderator may withdraw their own actions.
Inter-Division Management
Each project lead may format their divisions differently. With this in mind, Administration must be familiar with these individual division layouts and ensure proper collaboration between said divisions.
Logistics
The more focused role of LA is maintaining division supply lines, including coordinating Acquisitions and Security with the research divisions.

As before Eliniale can do secure transports in both high- and lowsec whevener necessary, as a member of the security force, escorts can be arranged between Elin and AJ sec privatly.
