Rules of Engagement
Arek'Jaalan is NRDS - Not Red, Don't Shoot.
This includes against non-capsuleer forces that may be encountered that do not have a history of engaging capsuleer forces without provocation.
Where possible, diplomacy is preferable to combat. Arek'Jaalan members should not attempt to fire upon entities as first contact unless fired upon first.
Standings considered are those from Arek'Jaalan, not individual pilots personal, corporate or alliance standings.
Individual pilots and corporations are not governed by the ROE while not working as part of the project. However, depending on the circumstances, individuals that are aggressed while part of an Arek'Jaalan fleet may find that their enemies are not able to be set red. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Strategical Capacity Assessment

Slave Endoma01's Threat
Sansha's Nation has taken notice of the Arek'Jalaan community. It vows that Arek'Jalaan will burn. In response to comments from pilot Literia during a recent attack in Madirmilire Solar System, Slave Commander Endoma was quoted saying the following:
