Pre-Capsuleer History
We have little data about the early days of the the pilot known by the alias "Rogue Integer". He is believed to come from a Ni-Kunni border runner family operating in the Aridia-Solitude-Syndicate zone. However, he does not appear in any official Imperial records prior to his licensure as a capsuleer. For further details, see MIO case record 113-76A37 (clearance level Hawk Alpha required).
Capsuleer History
On YC 113.05.05, an entry in the CONCORD capsuleer database appeared with an incomplete audit trail. Subsequent investigation traced the record insertion to a small Federation Customs facility in Solitude near Aridia. See above-referenced MIO investigation.
Subject was later observed making use of training agents provided by the Center for Advanced Studies in the Federation for a short time. He did not complete all courses, as he abruptly ceased following orders during combat training. Subject did complete the exploration coursework assigned by Olarie Lacenten.
RI then registered with the Singularity Foundation, a small research think-tank operating primarily in and around Dodixie. CONCORD has little record of his activity during this time outside of occasional certification registrations. He departed the Foundation after less than three months to make use of Estel Arador Corp Services, a jump clone provider, before registering with Imperial Shipment (as required under CONCORD regulation for Ni-Kunni pilots with no other corporate affiliation). During this time, CONCORD surveillance indicates a working relationship with the capsuleer Casiella Truza, performing scouting duties prior to war declarations and other related operations. He joined Truza's organization Ecliptic Rift for several weeks, apparently to facilitate logistical transfers prior to her semi-retirement.
He joined the Center for Empyrean Studies before returning to the Singularity Foundation upon the closing of the former.
Physical Appearance
Subject is taller than the average Ni-Kunni male but lacks significant mass. He has additional cybernetic implants in his scalp (apparently pre-dating his capsuleer days). Station surveillance by CONCORD indicates that normally wears a nanite tattoo around his right eye.
