Early Years
Vulxanis was born on 5 March, YC 22 to Vaxoc and Nadalia Draconis. He became holder after his father's death in YC 72. In YC 110, Vulxanis was with his wife and two sons on vacation to the southern tip of Athror. En route to the holdings of one of his vassals in the area, the vehicle was attacked by some kind of explosive device, killing everyone inside instantly. Vulxanis's body was never found, and he was presumed dead at the scene. The culprit was never truly identified.
Reemergence
In YC 115, Vulxanis was discovered by Lord Julius Severus Ali Xiadii IX on a business trip. Lord Xiadii took pity on Vulxanis and welcomed him into his house. Lord Xiadii named Vulxanis his steward, and sponsored his capsuleer education. Due to Lord Xiadii having no known heirs, he adopted Vulxanis as his named heir, by this time calling himself "Viceroy", as he had been Lord Xiadii's steward. When Xiadii died a few months later, Vulxanis was given the final task of finding the true heir of House Xiadii. He succeeded in YC 118.
Return
Vulxanis was contacted in YC 116 by his nephew Zairos Draconis, who had never believed Vulxanis was truly dead, as his body had never been found. Over the next two years, Zairos became a capsuleer, and joined and supported his uncle in space as they planned his return. When the Xiadii heir was found, Vulxanis and Zairos returned to Athror. They were initially met with resistance, but after representatives of the theology council were able to verify that Vulxanis's identity, he resumed Holdership of House Draconis. He and Zairos have been involved in business together ever since.
