                                   The Scourge of renting space

You will find me extorting your renters and making them leave or killing your ship and leaving the wreck on the gate un-looted.

Then wonder why i done this?

Well just know it's because i have alts all over your space and i have infinite source of isk and toons.

Whysoserios Andrard can be found fighting on the front line of most wars in the spear heading alliance
Or being a fleet commander in your region.

After spending alot of time in Test Alliance and mordus angels / black legion i have the sufficient experience to wreck your region and get numbers to make your day a living hell.

Appears in random regions in drone lands or up north, Will you be ready?
