Careful please
Please don't alter these colums (they were produced programmatically and may be difficult to reproduce after wiki-editing by users)
- n (order published, or number)
- cid (link to EVE Chronicle on main site)
- date (normalized date published, derived from cid)
How to contribute
Could use some help with the following:
specifying authors (default=TBD)
for newer chronicles you can find this by visiting its discussion page: chronicle > bottom of story > discussion (old forums) > written by ...
format like this: [[CCP Abraxas]]
confirming the canon colum (default=TBD)
i (siznax) assumed that since these chronicle came from the main EVE site, they are canon, but that may not necessarily be true. Please indicate Yes or No if possible, but avoid long explanations here - would like to keep this column sortable.
uploading "box" images from EVE backstory site
- Click the "Image:" link in the "List of EVE Chronicles" table in order to automatically visit the upload page for the image already linked.
- Find the corresponding "box image at http://www.eveonline.com/background/potw/ in a new browser tab.
- Download the image to your computer (usually right-click, "Save image as..." in your browser)
- Return to the "Upload file" browser tab for this image, click the "Choose file" button.
- (Optional) copy and paste the original image URL from the chronicles page into the summary textbox. Note: this is not usually the same as the "open image in new tab" path due to redirects, e.g. compare: "http://content.eveonline.com/www/chronicle/thumb/TheBookOfEmptiness2of2_thumb.jpg" and "http://cdn1.eveonline.com/www/chronicle/thumb/TheBookOfEmptiness2of2_thumb.jpg"
- Click "Upload file".
- Return to the "List of EVE Chronicles" article, and reload. Your newly uploaded image should appear in the table now.

- List of Non-canon EVE Chronicles see Search?search=non-canon&go=Go
- would be nice to have a column for tags...
