Once you've scanned down the Data signature, there will be a container inside. It can only be unlocked by using the Civilian Data Analyzer. A Tip for Hackers
Keep in mind: In regular situations (not in this training mission) a failure to hack into a container can alert hostiles to your presence. You may secure the area only to invite more reinforcements by failing to break in!
