History
After leaving Cyntec Inc., Commodore Gillette and Comdore Nelson founded the Galactic Republic along with Lyons Bael. The first few days were rough as we searched for a station and battled with a few pirates. After the first week, we had a member base of 15 and continue to grow today.
3 Branch System
The way our corporation works is with a 3 brach ranking system. Each branch is set up to balance and help each other out. The 3 branches are: Navy, Mining, and Public Relations. Each branch currently has three different levels which you can advance in.
Navy Our naval branch is currently our largest dept. There are 3 main ranks that a member can achieve by joining our navy. The most basic is the "Knight". This serves as our standard clearance for all corp activities. The second rank up is the "Paladin". The third and highest rank is the Captain.
Mining The mining branch acts as The Galactic Republic's economy. Our frequent mining operations provide the backbone of our eco. When first starting out in the mining dept. you start off as a "Crew" and can work your way up to becoming a "Miner" and then eventually a "Foreman"
Public Relations The PR dept. is our main recruiter. It also acts functions as our trade and management dept. PR is our smallest branch, but is no means the least important.
