Content I intend to file a writ with the Gallente Supreme Court.

This writ will be requesting that the Supreme Justices order the Gallente Federation to release the final report of the Inquiy in the Peralles Incident.

I consider that this request would be look on favourable if supported by Gallente Citizens in good stand, preferable Excellent with the court its self.

If you are willing to co-sign this write then please contact me directly and I will release the draft writ to your for comments when completed and your final agreement to co-sign.

Yan v'Nomb has already agreed to co-sign this writ.

The Peralles Incident Writ

I intend to publically post the writ in the IGS tomorrow so this is your final opportunity to make or suggest changes or improvements.

I have already added the names, as petitioners, of those that have pledged their support, but there is still the opportunity to join by added your signature here.

Alternatively you may pledge your support when it is posted to IGS.

In order that this writ does not become clouded with tran-national issues I request, that unless you are a Gallente citizen, by birth or other wise, of good standing you refrain from signing the writ.

I intend to personnally deliver a copy of the writ to the Supreme Court in Villore on Sunday 14th August YC113.

Content Pilot Mossari,

I think the writ, while certainly commendable and worthwhile, is also utterly naive. The statement which addresses your hope that "this writ does not become clouded with tran-national issues" and your intention of putting it on display for the entirety of the IGS to comment on demonstrates this.

What you will have, at best, is a thread where Amarrian loyallists decry the Federation for its hypocrisies in covering up of 'the truth'. A thread where Caldari loyallists bait in the hope of either embarrassing the Federation government and its offices and a thred where any variety of others with turrets to train on this singled-out faction see their opportunity to do so in a sanctioned, public forum. Somewhere in the middle of all that will be those who genuinely support your initiative.

I note that, according to the Scope reports on the Peralles Incident, all four empire factions were investigating it.

Perhaps, a more prudent and apolitcal course of action to take with the writ might be to include the other three empires in it also? If successful, this might also net you more information on the incident in question.

Even if unsuccessful, you will at least land yourself closer to the goal of avoiding the quagmire of interstellar factional squabbles and the games of one-upsmanship they inevitably bring with them.

Sincerely,

O. Rundle
