Acronym: "Not Blue = Shoot It!"

A corporation or an alliance can set up standings towards other organizations in space. By default, on overviews and channel name lists allies show up as blue and enemies show up as red. Non-rated people, usually referred to as "neutrals", show up without a color.

The alliance or a corporation can then follow an "NBSI policy". This (as suggested by "not blue, shoot it") would mean that all reds and neutrals can (and often will) be shot on sight.
