''When the voting process is over the proposed bill has to be put into action. Under the 'Sanctionable actions' tab (Sub tab of 'Votes') in the corp window you will find a sub tab that is named 'Not in effect'. There is the bill, waiting to be put in action. Please note that war declarations will be delayed by 24 hours before official war starts.''
The first sentence was not added because it didn't seem to fit, nor was it as descriptive as the current text. Hope that works.
