The core leadership of PRIED met several years ago down in Paragon Soul. The directors joined some friends in Esoteria, and later moved with them to Impass under the Insidious Empire alliance. At the end of The Dinner Squadron coalition, the corp split. Kold Revenge was created and put into EMP as the alliance began to move north to Cobalt Edge. As more time passed, more friendships were made both in- and out-of-game, and when the alliance announced that it would be closing at the end of the next month, KOLDR and our friends in Cuisinart, Inc. decided to merge before joining a new alliance.
