Guristas Military Complex
This is a exploration deadspace which can be found in the E-8CSQ and U29-0S constellations in Vale of the Silent. It is of medium difficulty. The deadspace is gated.
Pocket 1
After jumping through the gate, you land between 3 groups of Guristas Pirates, some structures and a forcefield containing an acceleration gate. All enemies aggro shortly after your arrival. You'll need a good tank.
Enemies:
- 11 Battlecruisers
- 12 Battleships
There is a gate to the next pocket is surrounded by a forcefield, preventing access. To get through, you have to shoot the Guristas Control Tower structure. When you do, another wave of enemies spawn to defend it.
Enemies:
- 6 Elite Frigates
- 6 Battleships
Once the tower is destroyed and the enemies dispatched, you will be able to activate the gate. If you destroy the EM Field that surrounds the gate, all ships in the vicinity get hit by an EM Smartbomb effect.
Pocket 2
In the next pocket, there is a station structure called Guristas Deep Space Stronghold, with some other smaller structures around it, guarded by several groups of Guristas. Upon arrival, you are immediately attacked from a distance by:
Enemies:
- 7 Elite Frigates
- 2 Battlecruisers
- 9 Battleships
- 4 Sentry Guns
When the Guristas Deep Space Stronghold is initially attacked, it fires a EM pulse of around 5000 damage, hitting all ships and drones in the pocket. Once it's been reduced to 25% structure, another wave of enemies appear, possibly including a Dread Guristas Battleship spawn:
- 4 Elite Frigates
- 2 Cruisers (ECM)
- 5 Battleships
On destruction of the station, a cargo container drops, containing ammo and some modules.
