Ninavask (born Ninavask Revan, November 2nd 83 YC) is a Gallentean born Capsuleer, Medical Doctor, Biotechnology Researcher, and veteran of the Sansha War of Resurgence. As well Ninavask is the chairman, chief executive officer (CEO), and founder of VaskTech Corporation. A corporation formed, initially, within the Alexylva Paradox wormhole system of Origin as a medical research and development firm in July YC 118. By February YC 119 the minor-corporation had expanded into medical clinics all throughout Origin.

In November YC 119 VaskTech reorganized into five subsidiary companies, with VaskTech as the holding minor-corporation. Each subsidiary company lists Ninavask as CEO/Director save for VaskR&D where his title is listed as Head Researcher.

Biological Family

Ninavask was born to Benjamin Theodore Revan and Kristine Catherine Linsi, both veterans of the Federation Navy. Kristine was a former captain of the Federation Navy cruiser Advantage, and Benjamin an engineer aboard the Federation Navy Battleship Spirit of Freedom. As well Ninavask had two sibling. An older brother who operated a planetary repair service on Averon V, and a sister who operated as a chief financial operator (CFO) of an baseliner industrial corporation based out of Auvergne, before being abducted by Sansha’s Nation during an Incursion at the latter stages of the Sansha War of Resurgence.

Ninavask’s mother and father retired on Averon V in YC 101, though reenlisted when rising tensions with the Caldari grew to a head during YC 110. Both Benjamin and Kristine were reported killed in action (KIA) during Caldari attack on Luminaire following the catastrophe incident at Malkalan. In recent years his brother, Nicholas, has been reported missing by authorities in Averon, and is survived by his wife and three daughters. Diane, Ninavask’s Sister and a Capsuleer trainee, was also reported missing after her convoy was assaulted during a Sansha Incursion in the Obray Constellation. According to findings published by Ninavask, then Director of the Synenose Accord, she was uplifted with millions of others by Sansha’s Nation

Background

Ninavask was born on Averon V and raised at Federation Navy service bases across the cluster on surface as his parents were moved from base to base. In YC 97 his family settled in Averon V as part of the Federation Navy Patrol in system. Ninavask finished his primary education with the Federation Naval Academy in YC 101 and enlisted with the Federation Navy almost the same day. Within two years he had become the pilot then commanding officer of a Federation Navy Comet.

In YC 105 he was found compatible for the Capsuleer cloning process, but declined. It would not be until YC 112 graduated from the Center for Advanced Studies capsuleer program that he officially became a capsuleer. Following his second four year tour of duty Ninavask did not reenlist in the Federation Navy. Instead in YC 108 he applied to the Center for Advanced Studies and began a career of studying medicine and biotechnology. Having seen how it could make people’s lives better during his tour of duty, having known a handicapped mechanic who used his prosthesis to great effect.

Originally Ninavask had no intentions of pursuing the Capsuler training program, instead pursuing a doctorate in medicine. In hopes of establishing a clinic in Averon and partnering with contacts he had made during his tour of duty. To coincide with his fascination with cybernetics and biorobotics, Ninavask pushed his studies towards that of Biotechnology.

It was during his time at C.A.S. that Ninavask met his, eventual, fiancee at a discourse about biorobotics and the advent of cybernetic integration. A Caldari woman of achuran descent. For two years the couple were a frequent sight on campus. Well recognized due to their frequently passionate arguments.

In YC 110 Ninavask’s medical career was derailed with the events of the Malkalen Incident, which resulted in the death of his fiancee, and the subsequent invasion of Luminaire by Caldari forces later that year. The latter of which resulted in the death of both of his parents during the chaos. Following a grieving period over both losses, Ninavask applied to the C.A.S. Capsuleer program nearly one month after the invasion of Luminaire. He would not graduate from the program until June, YC 112.

Since becoming a Capsuleer Ninavask joined a small anti-pirate corporation early on before becoming a member of the Synenose Accord and assisting in the defense of New Eden against Sansha’s Nation during the Sansha War of Resurgence. From YC 112 until YC 116 he acted first as Director of Security, then Commander of SYNE, and finally executor of the Celestial Imperative alliance. Until eventually mothballing SYNE in YC 116 after the rise of the Arek’Jaalan program.

During an extended vacation beginning in YC 116, Dr. Ninavask acted as “Curator” of the Synenose Accord. Using SYNE facilities as research and development studios for his own personal brand of cybernetics and biorobotic augmentations. Including conceptualizing a clinical augmentation service that could perform surgery on capsuleers and baseliners alike to install advanced cybernetics.

In YC 118 Ninavask joined the Alexylva Paradox. A wormhole based corporation operating out of the system dubbed “Origin” by its inhabitants in an attempt to form a Civilization within Anoikis space. Over the last two years Ninavask has founded VaskTech while in Origin. VaskTech is a biomedical research, engineering, and production corporation housing several subsidiary companies. Including the mothballed Synenose Accord on it’s list of subordinate organizations.

Cybernetics

As the owner and head of research for VaskTech, Ninavask frequently chooses to test the latest models on his own clones. Particularly when it comes to subtle augmentations, such as arms with synthetic-skin to disguise them. Being a capsuleer the use of these augments is limited, and in fact unnecessary, but Ninavask has gone on record with reporters to say it give him a sense of, “what the patient will feel during their day to day.”
