My Edit (margin-top: -10px)

I'm adding this edit to fix the double margins the wiki applies to tables. Since you're including the TOC table (which already has a top margin of 10px) inside another table (whose default style from the CSS is a top margin of 10px), the template, overall, has a top margin of 20px instead of 10px.

Here's a before and after to represent what I mean: Before: [[1]] After (and once I cleaned up the unnecessary preview jump with FireBug): [[2]]
