This loadout is based on idolized YouTube celebrity Otto Von Bismark (Eve char name: Mr Duffo)'s Confessor, "King Ragnar" aka "Lothbrok." He has changed the fitting several times. As I experiment with this loadout, it functions well also as an exploration ship. With exploration gear [Core Probe Launcher II], [Sisters Core Scanner Probe]x8, [Scan Rangefinding Array II], [Data Analyzer II], and [Relic Analyzer II] in the cargo bay, it does the job well.
I hope that by studying and understanding the loadouts of the best PVP players, everyone including new players can become proficient in PVP, or at least in fitting ships for PVP.

This is a copy of the cargo Magnate ("Cargonate") fitting listed on Uniwiki in the old days. A Uniwiki user, Titus tallang, has been deleting (vandalizing?) fittings/loadouts recently, including this Cargonate loadout. As they are disappearing, here is copy for our record.

This is a loadout to reflect Will Tousain's PVP Imperial Navy Slicer fitting based on studying zKillboard's reports #54094260, #56423220, and #56838505.
Will Tousain is an extremely proficient PVP player and sometimes even a small gang cannot take this one man down. He keeps his ship loadouts closely guarded, so it's difficult to get this intelligence in any other way. We speculate that this is a not a random improvised fit, but a rather well-studied and well-tested fit that he's had great success with.
Variations: Will Tousain sometimes uses [Small Focused Beam Laser II] instead of [Small Focused Pulse Laser II]. He sometimes uses [5MN Cold-Gas Enduring Microwarpdrive] instead of [5MN Y-T8 Compact Microwarpdrive].
He carries [Scorch S] alone with [Imperial Navy Multifrequency S]. He carries ~50 to ~70 units of [Nanite Repair Paste] usually.

For [Nanite Repair Paste], he carries perhaps 50 units in the bay. For the script, he carries [Optimal Range Disruption Script] alone with [Tracking Speed Disruption Script]. He also sometimes uses [C-IR Compact Guidance Disruptor] in lieu of the DDO and carries [Missile Precision Disruption Script] and [Missile Range Disruption Script].

Rolandooo (Eve name RolandoooEvoX) is one of the absolute PVP idols in this game with a ~35:1 kill/death ratio. Very few players have the gut to take on him alone, and even fewer has ever defeated him. Ordinarily, Rolandooo keeps his loadout closely guarded like nuclear launch codes. However, by the grace of God who redeems the chosen, rejoice! His loadout has been revealed by zKillboard report #66468106.
According to the report, Rolandooo carries 20 reloads'of worth (2000 units) for each type of missiles, which are:

I generally carry [Javelin S]x2000 (-75%) and [Spike S]x2000 (+80%) as ammo. You can also carry a [Mobile Depot] along with combat modules to allow you refitting the ship for combat at remote locations.
It is ideal for fast-transporting your own clone body or items like blueprints, ship SKINs, implants, and skillbooks.
