The historic meeting of the 5 Empires held on the year of 0 EST/YC (AD AD 23236), on the 26th June[1], brought together under the guidance of Aidonis Elabon. [2] At the historic meeting many things were discussed and put into action, including:

- The guidelines for inter-stellar peace and co-operation between the empires [4]
