Summary
Obsidian Fleet is primarily a combat based military fleet. We operate in 0.0 space. We are friendly and non-hostile unless forced to be otherwise. Currently have an excellent command structure, a well disciplined combat fleet as well as an effective industrial fleet. The Obsidian Fleet Command recognizes the importance of teamwork and communication during operations. Therefore, there are frequently scheduled combat training and mining operations to enhance fleet synchrony, teamwork and communication.

History
OBSIDIAN FLEET was formed on the 28th of February 2007 as a splinter group of the Freelance Federation Mining and Munitions [ffmm] following "the great betrayal". (due to treaty shall not be discussed)
Obsidian was formed as an elite military fleet whose goal was to directly combat pirate threats in low security areas and aid younger pilots against pirates and greifers.
On March 25th 2007 Kajj Mackallister ordered the securing of the Olietters corridor in the Sinq Laison region to allow more effective transit for Obsidian's allies in the area. The corridor was secured in less then one week and Obsidian allies took over security from that point.
During the weeks that followed Obsidian's fame spread and corporations joined with them to reach common goals.
May 8th 2007 Obsidian command agreed to secure a pocket of low security space to serve as a haven for younger pilots and industrialists. They chose the Armi constellation and ordered the invasion to sieze control from the pirate groups that held it.
