Content	Greetings all, I'd like to announce a new Project from the Multidisciplinary Division: Project Snapshot. The project aims to capture a scanning image of all wormholes in high security space near-simultaneously. This data then can be used to improve our understanding of how periodic wormholes form in known space. In order to achieve this goal, the Project will be working with Eve University, and, with the help of their student body, we hope to field a scanning fleet at least 100 strong on the day of the Snapshot (the date has yet to be set, but I hope will be sometime in very early March). I would also like to reach out to the Arek'Jaalan community to help bolster our numbers. If anyone is interested, please send me a message so I can get an idea of how many scanners we'll be able to field. Content	A quick update to Project Snapshot, It looks like we're settling on a general time for the event to start: March 4th at 18:00 Eve Standard Time. There may be some prep time before actual scanning starts, details to come later. Scanning duration may vary depending on how densely pacted a participant's assignment is (and how many people show up), but I'm projecting around 4 hours if everything goes well.
