Content	Upon hearing Valsas frequents Syndicate, I decided to search for him. During my exploration I found an abandoned research project in 3-IN0V which included a particle accelerator and damaged Gallente station. I contacted members of the alliance Ares Protectiva in EF-F36, but they did not offer any information as to his whereabouts. I will continue my inquiries.
