Content	All - If you are not already aware, the proposal site for Project Catapult is live and gathering data. For the last several days I have been requesting comments from the MD division as well as Dr. Tukoss and the Leads of EC, MRID and SEC. So far, responses have been minimal and the items brought up have been addressed through additional citation and clarification of wording. Given that, I am opening the project charter for comment to Arek'Jaalan at large. Project Catapult is an effort to gather data, deconstruct, understand and potentially reconstruct the wormhole generation capability shown in True Slave/True Citizen-led Nation incursions. Project detail can be found here. There is a large amount of information to be gathered, particularly camera- and sensor-drone captures and fluid router logs from incursions since June YC113. Please feel free to add to the data captures on the page. I am particularly interested in hearing from active Nation supporters, active SYNE supporters and MRID Leads. All comments and questions that are not direct edits to the page should be directed to me; these can be escalated to Dr. Tukoss, EC or MRID as desired. The comment period will close on 8/17 at 11:59 PM New Eden Standard Time unless major objections or roadblocks are raised. Following that period and related corrections the following actions will be taken: - Request for assistance will be sent to SYNE - Depending upon internal reaction of Nation supporters, request for assistance will be sent to Nation support groups - Recruiting post update will be requested from MRID - Recruiting post specific to Catapult will be posted - Request for data will be sent to Malarthi Behemoth - Conference will be requested with Hilen Tukoss regarding approach plan for contact of Haledone Dorgiers and Omune Balenne I request that all AJ members keep this discussion respectful and as apolitical as possible. The goal here is to understand the science and technology at work, and its greater relevance to other navigational capabilities. We will all have enough histrionics when this is posted to IGS.
