Introducing Bite Me INC
A wormhole corporation determined to dominate pvp in wormhole space. We rely heavily on core players with high amounts of skillpoints. For us the group dynamic is important. This is a corporation made by its members for its members.

Founding Bite Me inc.
This corporation was originally founded by the charismatic Chitsa Jason for the purpose of exploration and player versus player combat. This is what the corporation focuses on still to this day. The newly formed corporation moved into a class 5 wormhole and quickly grew. To boost pvp numbers the corporation joined its first alliance, SRS. alliance. This is where bonds with abyssal heavy industries were forged.
Narwhals ate my duck
After a while in SRS. the corporations of Bite me inc. and Abyssal heavy industries decided to form their own alliance to gain better control and to focus on the pvp. Bite me inc. and Chitsa Jason were made the executor of the newly formed alliance. Narwhals ate my duck grew stronger and gained a good reputation. At this time Chitsa Jason decided to step down as CEO and handed the reigns, in many corporation members opinion randomly, to Gallium. Gallium who was experimenting with his newly founded power made up for the lack of know how with enthusiasm and managed to keep the corporation afloat for a while. His arrogance however rubbed badly with the alliance leadership as well as his own corp leadership.

Due to paranoia and arrogance of Gallium and internal bickering in Narwhals Ate My Duck leadership the corporation broke off and moved out of the DUCK wormhole. We moved into Bite Me inc. Home 2. Or better known as B2. The corporation settled in being still a part of DUCKS but left DUCKS shortly after. The paranoia of the CEO was getting worse and anyone could get a tongue lashing at any time. In general the time in B2 under Gallium was better for its members but bad for the leadership. At numerous times there were arbitrary promotions or demotions.
Overthrowing of Gallium
Being under Gallium was stressful under Gallium for the leadership. The core members where how ever very tight and the group dynamic good non the less. This was why Tunakross announced his voluntary stepping down as director of the corp. Tunakross also considered leaving the corp due to his personal feud with Gallium. Everything changed when a regular member was approached by Gallium for organizing a corp theft. This member contacted the rest of the leadership and an interim leadership group was formed. The group formulated the following goals.
- The Securing of all member assets
- Confronting Gallium with the accusations
- Locking down the wormhole for the duration of the coup d'état
- Minimizing member confusion
- Maximizing openness in the corporation
- Founding agreement of the new Bite Me INC
The interim leadership group approached all the individual POS owners and worked tirelessly to secure assets from Bite Me inc. to an holding corporation during one very busy night. Not all of the assets where moved when Gallium logged on for the first time but he was distracted while the last assets where moved and he logged off did not notice a thing.
A corporation meeting was announced and once Gallium was back online the meeting was held. There was no proof that Gallium had been skimming other than the fact that the corp income did not match with the wealth. In all the corporation was short around 45b isk. This was mostly assets the corp already had when Gallium took over as CEO. The main question quickly became how Gallium felt who the owner of the corporation was. Gallium presented that he was the owner of the corp and that as such we could leave if we feel like it. I speculate that he failed to see past the interim leaders and notice that the members were against him. Since that was not how the members felt and there was no eve mechanic to take control of the corporation a new corporation was formed. Named Bite Me INC by simply removing the dot.
Forming Bite Me INC
As new CEO the founding corp meeting elected Tunakross and his first action was to bring forth the promotion of Moirae Nemesis to director of the newly reformed corporation. The assets where transferred back to the new corporation and the old alliance retained. There was no loss of assets and minimal loss of members.
Bite Me INC
This is the modern name and form of Bite Me INC. This is the corporation lead by Tunakross as CEO. A corporation from its members for its members.
Bite Me INC wormholes
Bite Me INC has lived in numerous wormholes during its history. Mentioned are the once that have been called home.
B2
The corporation worked in B2 and invited other corporations from DUCKS as well. When these corporations left DUCKS they joined Exhale. alliance instead. Eventually Bite Me INC wanted to move on and moved out from B2 and joined Elysian Empire alliance.
J2
This meant moving into Elysian Alliances home wormhole aptly named J2. Because of integration issues and the massive numbers in J2 and Elysian Empire, Bite Me INC moved out of J2 and moved into yet another wormhole.
Mira
The new home was named after the real red giant Mira. This is the current wormhole of Bite Me INC.
Leadership
Bite me INC has an old structure with known officers. Big decisions are done through direct member feedback. When needed we are quick to react and not afraid of change.
