Not much is known about this spaceship captain, but his importance to Pandemic Legion is unrivaled. He has formulated and perfected every type of ship Pandemic Legion flies. Among his creations: the Hellcat, the Armor HAC, the Herocat, the Thundercat and the deadliest of all - the Swiftcat.
He also invented modern Sub-Capital PVP.
