History

Brothers Of Destiny was founded in 2008 by four people that had a vision to create a strong community. A lot of work has been invested, a lot of belts have been minered and lots of battles have been fought to forfill their dream. after establishing in highsec BOD started to spread their activities into lowsec and their members started to dream about getting into 0.0

Finally they had the chance to get into 0.0 and joined Skunk Works at the end of january 2009. As a member of the Greater BOB Community (GBC) they got involved into serval fights until BOB disbanded. After dealing with a corp thief BOD got closed and reopend in winter 2009.

After the great reopening BOD started to look for a new alliance and joind Z.E.R.G. which was a very short trip and lasted not very long because of a fail leadership.

The next step of BOD history led us into Scalding Pass.As a member of Primary Alliance [WEH8U] we were given another chance to fulfill our dream to settle down in our own 0-sec Systems. But this dream only lasted about one month and Primary Alliance got backstabbed and sold to HTA Alliance by the Primary Holding Corp - which left the rest of Primary on their own, in chaos and suspense. It was like a cloak-and-dagger operation and noone of the other corps had any idea what was going on until the deal was closed by Primary Holding. To bring our asserts back in safety we had to join HTA which was the new Sov-Holding Alliance of Primary Systems. We had a lot of problems to deal with it - resetted standings, lack of information plus the suspense of what will happen next. But we made the decision to leave Scalding Pass as fast as possible. Our Logistic Department did one of their greatest jobs to bring all corp and member assets out of Scalding Pass back into hi-sec - our final decision was to leave HTA because THIS wasn´t the Alliance we had imagined to be a part of.

Back in hi-sec we quickly realized that something was missing and that the future of BOD should be something else. The following weeks were comprised of carebearing and low-sec roaming. Everyone got bored quite soon - and the call for 0.0 became louder and louder. We got a lot of offers from other corps and alliances which were interested in our corp - but we got cautious after what we experienced in Scalding Pass. After several corp-meetings and a lot of work of our CEOs and diplos we were intended to become a member of Sev3rance [-7-].It was a chance to be a part of an alliance which had to stand their ground as a new member of the Nortern Coalition.

The membership of [-7-] was delayed by hi-sec wardecs which were declared to us by several griefing corps. After a few weeks without any kills and millions of ISK they had to pay to keep the wardec active they decided to grief someone else and dropped the wardec.BOD was now a member of [-7-] and still is.
