Having survived the brutal ground combat operations of the November War, Calis soon realized planetary life no longer suited his diverse taste. A longtime astronomer and space exploration advocate, he committed himself to a life among the stars of New Eden. For a time he would find the peace he sought in the vastness of space, content to live out his days as a humble explorer. It was not to be.

As countless before him have found, peace is a fleeting apparition. Blood thirsty pirates, the Caldari corporate elite, and religious zealots of the Amarr Empire seek to lay waste to the pillars of peace, prosperity, and rational thinking. With no other alternative on the horizon, Calis returned to the defense of his base ideals. After abandoning his mortality for the unending life of a Capsuleer, he would soon found the Pork Eating Infidels, and begin laying his ambitious plans.
