A pair of massive capital ship battles took place on the 29th of June in two northern systems - DK-FXK in Pure Blind and K25-XD in Geminate. The DK-FXK fight saw southern alliances Red.Overlord and Against ALL Authorities assisting Triumvirate in defending a high end moon while K25-XD was the focus of another Solar Fleet alliance push against Wildly Inappropriate’s sovereign space. In both cases, despite nearly equal ship losses on each side, Northern Coalition forces rallied and managed to hold the field. Between the two fights, over two hundred capital ships perished.

As their fleets continue to return from extended deployments in the southern regions of New Eden, these engagements seem to be an affirmation of the Northern Coalition’s stated intentions to ‘clean house’ in their territories. Nearly all Northern Coalition high value moons have been safe-guarded and territorial boundaries have solidified on all fronts.

Whether as a result of these battles or not, Triumvirate has since completely relocated to the southern region of Stain and begun conducting regular fleet and capital operations with regularity against nearly all locals. It remains to be seen if Triumvirate intends to become a territorial player in Against ALL Authorities historical ‘back yard’.

The region of Immensea became vacant after Aggression alliance was subject to a sudden and violent standings reset by Against ALL Authorities and Atlas Alliance. Whatever the reason behind this action, Aggression pilots found themselves scrambling to evacuate while coming under fire from all sides as Atlas and Against ALL Authorities moved in. Additionally, Northern Coalition member The Initiative parted ways with their former allies and seem to have begun taking up residence in Immensea as well, along with an increased Ushra'Khan presence.

Scattered fighting in Scalding Pass led to Pandemic Legion’s forward deployed fleets in Curse destroying a Cult of War Erebus-class titan.

The Drone Regions saw their largest territorial shift in months as the so called ‘Ethereal Crossing’ coalition of Ethereal Dawn and Intrepid Crossing announced they were withdrawing from their long time regional home of Etherium Reach. A series of smaller incidents rapidly escalated into a full blown war with Red Alliance. When Legion of XXDeathXX alliance reset standings against Ethereal Dawn and Intrepid Crossing, it signaled a significant shift of power that has led to them evacuating their long-held space.
