Doctrine Alliance is a PvP-oriented 0.0 alliance formed in November 2008, initially from the union of DEATHFUNK (ex-R0adkill and Darkwave Technologies (ex-PURE). The name and ticker derive from one of the core principles of Buddhist doctrine: "there is no ego".
History
Doctrine proceeded quickly to claim a piece of Syndicate and Outer Ring, driving out the prior alliance inhabitants, Veni Vidi Vici and Space Weaponary and Trade . Since then Doctrine has joined with Veritas Immortalis and Eradication Alliance in a coalition controlling a significant part of Outer Ring and its associated pockets in Syndicate.
