Garion Avarr is one of the directors of the Khimi Harar alliance, the Holder of Sharrat on Hibi III, and the heir to his brother, the Holder of al-Istahal, covering the majority of one of the southern continents on Hibi III.
Prior to becoming a capsuleer, he spent forty years in the Amarr army, retiring at the rank of Lt. Colonel.
