The setting is a pair of [[Deadspace|Deadspace Pockets]] inheriting the role of a Guristas Scout Outpost in Caldari space and has a DED rating of 4/10 (meaning only Battlecruisers and smaller ships can use the acceleration gate). The first pocket is used as a Logistics Depot. The pirates have been building up a landing pad, encricled by a ring of walls and some lookout posts. The second pocket has the actual scout installations placed inside. The complex consists of a radiating telescope in small brown nebula, bunkers for the men and a cargo rig for logistic flights between the pockets.
