Corporate Background

Jazz Associates was founded on 8th September 2003 with the motto 'Honesty, Integrity and enjoying life in Eve'.

The founders of Jazz met in Brilliant industries - an industrial corp that was betrayed and destroyed by an unscrupulous member. From the flames of Brilliant - JAZZ was born.

Corporate Overview

The name JAZZ is formed from a choice picking of the initials of 3 of the founder members Calamity Jayne, Aves and Zinndahr. Of these players Zinndahr and Aves are still active in the running of the corp - Aves being the current CEO.

Jazz is like a gathering of old friends many of the members have been in the corp for many years. Since jazz operates an open door policy many 'Jazzies' have left and returned.

Jazz operations are mainly industrial or based on smalls groups of people doing what they want to do. We also have a small vanguard based in a wormhole to take some advantage of the sites and anomolies available there. Despite its industrial beginnings and basis - jazzies do not shy from pvp and have been occasionally known to wander back to 0.0 to get a few kills.

While historically jazz has been part of a 'blob' we are currently seeking to perfect our small gang pvp.

Corporate History

Formed from the fires of betrayal, Jazz has always been a corp that is focused on its players. We do what we do to enjoy whatever EVE has to offer us be it PVP or PVE. To this end we have been in several alliances throughout the history of New Eden including the original Fountain Alliance, NORAD and RISE (and several others).

Recently growing tired of in game politics JAZZ is currently focused on growth and is operating partially in empire (high and lowsec) and wormhole space.

Politics

JAZZ is politically unalligned to any power in the game at present. And while part of our operation are in lowsec we frown upon piracy in the ranks.

Now

Jazz Associates has relocated into the void of wormhole space and to explore the secrets of Sleeper held domains.

Recent History

After being in several alliances and fighting in several wardecs and 0.0 conflicts JAZZ has decided to go solo and curently operates in various aspects of the game.
