Shadow Serpentis Fleet Staging Point is an exploration complex typically found in nullsec inhabited by the Serpentis Corporation, i.e. Syndicate, Fountain. This site is generally rarer and harder to pin down than other Serpentis complexes. It can also be received as an escalation from Serpentis Forsaken Hubs.
