Commander Tantoseisen Kakkichi is the former head of Internal Security at the DED, in January of YC106(2004) he was charged with conspiracy to commit treason, unlawful use of government property and disobeying a direct order from a superior officer after he took an armada of CONCORD police ships(6 battleships and 8 cruisers) into unknown space. Two days later, he turned himself in declaring that his actions were justified. Sixteen days later the charges were dropped when CONCORD announced the discovery of Abandoned Bases in deep space.
