Content At 6:41:27 on YC113.12.01, a Sansha sympathizer by the name of Kanza Mikakka detonated a Caldari Bantam near the Federation Administrative Outpost in Site One. The Bantam was loaded with nuclear payload and triggers, and upon detonation the pilot broadcast in local, 'For the Master,' referring to none other than Sansha Kuvakei.

It remains unclear if the earlier attackers were Sansha sympathizers as well, though given the similarities between the incidents it would not be a far stretch of the imagination.

Kanza Mikakka was registered as a day old pilot with the Science and Trade Institute and was not flagged as a criminal. It is believed the pilot's certifications were forged, like the others.

Kanza Mikakka survived the explosion, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

I personally was not at the incident, and this report is subject to mistakes or inconsistincies and should not be taken as the final report. I leave it to those who witnessed the event to provide any clarification needed, as they have more familiarity with the event than I do.

Content Adainy's message was faily detailed. I just wish to add The pilot flew to the mouth of the Federation Outpost, Which also put him next to the Residential Shuttle Port. There he initiated the self destruct with nuclear pulse generators and thermonuclear triggers filling the cargo hold of his Bantam.

The pilot was bumped away roughly 5 to 10kms before the blast went off. After most things seemed unharmed by the blast. All traces of what was in the cargo hold were destroyed and salvaging the wreak reveled nothing further.

Being on site this is all the revelent information i can piece together at this moment.

Content The destructive yeild of any device carried within a novice-rank Frigate sized vessel would be insufficient to destroy any of the facilities located at Site One. These incidents, while grave and a grim reminder of the war that faces all of us, should not be viewed as immediate threats to the survival of the project.

We should, however, focus on tightening the Arek'Jaalan security organization lest these incidents detract from our work.

It is important to note that several Sansha sympathizers still actively participate in the Arek'Jaalan project. Now that these security breaches appear to be associated with Kuvakei's war efforts, I move for the reconsideration of the cases of these Sympathizers, specifically within the scope of the SEC division.

We cannont close the doors of the project to everyone, however, we should limit need-to-know information on security procedures and operations to those that we can absolutely trust.

Content As an addendum to the last, I would be interested to hear if Mr. Tukoss has further information from his contacts in CONCORD regarding this incident.

Content That's simply ludicruous.

On one hand we have folks dismissing the most recent attack as being from a Sansha "loyalist loony". Now, as a result, we are talking about excising anyone who is associated with the project who is a known loyalist? That seems like a fairly wide brush we are painting with here.

How about we judge people by their actions and not their affiliations?

Thanks, -O.

Content Care to clarify your specific intention when you said

" I move for the reconsideration of the cases of these Sympathizers, specifically within the scope of the SEC division. "

That sounds like a witch hunt to me.

Content Despite being in a hurry, I managed to pull the following data out of my ship logs.

The whole talk about Kuvakei etc. might be forged as well as the identifications used throughout the assault. At least one vessel involved has clearly been identified as a Sansha originated design, though.

Content Under the assumption that the recent attacks on Site One were indeed by true Sansha sympathizers, I would like to suggest that should the attacks become more frequent or severe. we may want to contact an anti-Sansha force to help defend Site One; with the sporadic schedules and activities of A'J members, I would find it unlikely that we would be able to form a coherent enough force to repel an attack.

Of course, this is all under a large assumption, and there is no need for immediate action, I don't think.
