The Decayed Serpentis Particle Accelerator is a low-mid yield Relic Site found in Gallente Lowsec. Often dropping 0.5m ISK - 5m ISK in loot. This is a Cosmic Anomaly and must be found by Probing. You will need a Relic Analyzer to complete this site.
